Costa Navarino Tennis Holidays

A founder-hosted tennis week in Greece.

Designed for solo travellers, couples, and friends who value great tennis, meaningful connection, and time to unwind at their own pace.

Mornings are shaped around world-class coaching at the Mouratoglou Tennis Centre. Afternoons remain open — for the beach, the spa, golf, lunch on the beach, or simply space to relax.

The balance of structured tennis, shared experiences, and personal time creates a week that feels both social and spacious.

The Costa Navarino Resort

Costa Navarino sits on Greece’s southwest Peloponnese — a wide, open stretch of coastline bordered by olive groves, long sandy beaches, and the Ionian Sea.

The atmosphere is calm and spacious, with a sense of genuine breathing room that suits a tennis-focused week particularly well. It combines five-star hospitality with a landscape that feels natural and unspoiled rather than overly developed.

Kalamata International Airport is approximately 45 minutes by car. Athens International Airport also serves the region, with transfers taking around three and a half hours.

Beyond the resort itself, the surrounding area offers traditional villages, archaeological sites, and a slower rhythm of life that feels distinctly Greek.

The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino

Accommodation is at The Westin Resort, set between the Ionian Sea and the olive groves of inland Messinia.

Designed as a contemporary interpretation of traditional Messinian architecture, the resort combines five-star comfort with a setting that feels open, natural, and unhurried.

Rooms are light-filled and understated, with private terraces overlooking the sea or surrounding landscape. Optional upgrades, including sea-view rooms and private pool suites, are available for those seeking additional privacy or space.

Dining across the resort ranges from relaxed beachfront evenings to refined Mediterranean cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh local produce and attentive yet unobtrusive service. Evenings feel easy and sociable, whether dining together as a group or independently.

For those wishing to unwind further, the Anazoe Spa offers a substantial wellness sanctuary inspired by ancient Greek traditions. Treatments and spa access are available as an additional option.

Beyond the resort, the wider region of Messinia carries a rich historical depth. Nearby are the Palace of Nestor — one of the best-preserved Mycenaean sites in Greece — and landscapes long associated with Homer’s Odyssey. It’s a part of Greece where myth, archaeology, and everyday village life sit quietly alongside one another.

It’s one of the country’s most beautiful and unspoiled landscapes and, joined to the mainland by only a little strip of land, it’s got all the island vibes, with none of the crowds. Our pick of the region is Costa Navarino, which sits along the coast, next to quaint and quiet fishing villages”

The first European Mouratoglou Tennis Centre opened at Costa Navarino in 2021, bringing the Mouratoglou methodology to the Mediterranean.

Set within the Messinian landscape, the centre features 12 clay and hard courts and a coaching team trained in the Mouratoglou approach.

Founded by Patrick Mouratoglou — long-time coach to Serena Williams and mentor to players including Stefanos Tsitsipas and Coco Gauff — his philosophy is recognised for its structured, progressive emphasis on technical clarity and intelligent development.

Through our exclusive partnership, TennisOx offers a small-group programme available only through us. Over six mornings, you’ll enjoy two hours of focused coaching, grouped by standard and capped at four players per court. Groups are carefully aligned by ability, so players train alongside others of a similar standard.

The emphasis is steady progression rather than intensity. Sessions combine technical refinement with tactical understanding and point play, creating a balanced and engaging format.

The week concludes with a relaxed finale event — an opportunity to apply new skills in a sociable and supportive setting.

Optional private sessions or play can be arranged, but the strength of the programme lies in its structure, camaraderie, and space to improve at your own pace.
